Dorothy Mitchel is a regional sales manager, responsible for the non-retail sales channels within U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Insurance Services, LLC (USBII). She joined USBII in 2002 and relocated to Minneapolis/St. Paul area in 2005, from Seattle, WA. She was instrumental in leading the division’s retirement growth initiative (RGI) including the development of the first Retirement Planning Center in Edina, MN and a subsequent location in Minneapolis, MN. She has more than twenty years of financial services experience. Prior to joining USBII, she held various financial services positions, and was instrumental in developing and managing the platform annuity program at Washington Mutual. Dorothy also has experience as product manager, trainer, and financial planner.
She is involved with U.S. Bank’s Junior Achievement program, the Hudson, WI Chamber of Commerce, and youth soccer league-serving as head coach.
Dorothy earned a B.A. from Washington State University, Pullman, WA.
